Citizens of Humanity is going into Fall/Winter 2014 with their new creative director, Simon Miller at the helm. Simon has re-envisioned the brand, building on the foundation of Citizens of Humanity founder Jerome Dahan. The Fall/Winter 2014 collection is focused on the California roots of the brand. Inspiration runs from downtown LA to Big Sur, and draws from its native artisans and innovators, honouring the diversity that makes California what it is.
The Citizens of Humanity Fall/Winter 2014 collection has a rugged outdoor feel. It would be just as comfortable in the great outdoors on a camping trip or a safari as it would be in any concrete jungle around the world. There is also a strong element of vintage Americana that remains a strong tried and tested aspect of the world of denim and the way guys like to express themselves through their style. Some of the stand out pieces in the collection include the Scout Jacket in Raw, Explorer Jacket in Indigo, Core Jeans in Royale made with Japanese Raw selvedge denim and the Workwear Shirt in Micro Red.
