Norman Russell is a denim brand that was founded by Kortney Hastin who drew inspiration from the people in his life and their stories. The brand is inspired by his grandfather who was a boxer in the navy and cared so much about his jeans that he hung them up with a wire so that they would not crease. Another inspiration for the brand is Kortney’s Dad who played baseball and was a star athlete he also draws the outdoor inspiration for his denim brand from his brother who has always enjoyed the adventure of exploring the great outdoors hunting and fishing. Kortney’s friends are the inspiration for the three fits that the brand offers each reflecting the three different personalities of his friends the Cookie which has a slim fit,the Hammer wich has a straight leg fit and the Fish which has a bootcut fit.

Norman Russell jeans are handmade in the USA from Cone Mills selvedge denim. The emphasis is on creativity craftsmanship and making a pair of jeans that will only get better the more they are worn and worn in. The jeans are currently produced in limited quantities making for a product that is truly special and unique.
